A Note About Comments

As a number of you noted, the commenting function has gone wonky.

Sorry about that.

I was playing with Stonekettle Station's template and underlying code, including commenting format. I liked the new format. Unfortunately it locked some folks out of commenting.

I put it back the way it was.

Please try to leave a comment. We'll see if I've got it fixed.

    Much better. I had that other format initially on my blog, and it wouldn't let *me* comment there... Although I do like the way it looks better.

    And that's why we all just kinda waited around for the comments function to be fixed.... :-)

    I suspect that in the event of any emergency, this group would have no trouble finding the detailed instructions for bend over and kiss your ass goodbye!! ;P

    Getting them to follow said instructions would be another matter altogether.

    Actually, Poet, I think that's a blogger issue. They did a feed upgrade a couple of months ago as part of the Blogger to Blogger II transition and it hosed up a number of things - which is why I don't have a "recent comments" widget on the sidebar anymore, because the code I used was dependent on the RSS feed, and I've been too lazy to code a different one.

    You might try deleting the feed, and resubscribing. That's worked for a number of people.
